Love being part of the sales team at Napleton's. Today’s cars are some of the most complex machines in history, and my goal is to explain these complex systems to clients, and allow them to enjoy their car’s features to the fullest extent. I have been working for the dealership since 2015, building a reputation of being honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. My enthusiasm for cars is evident to each person who meets me. Our customers can be certain that every feature of their sports and luxury car will be thoroughly explained during the car presentation. I am from Darien, IL, and I studied at the College of Dupage. As a lifelong car enthusiast, my hobbies have always involved motorsports. As a teenager, I enjoyed competitive go-karting, which led to amateur road-racing and many memorable weekends on America’s best racetracks. Overall Norbert was great. Positive attitude and willing to help out. Very knowledgeable and not pushy. Only reason an 8 and not a 10 is due to when my wife questioned about the brakes he said ever bring checked out fine and look great. My mechanic found that to not be true and that both breaks and rotors need to be replaced. Costing about $900. Other than that mistake Norbert was great
